VISION, MISSION AND PRINCIPLES OF PERFORMING ACTIVITIES
The Brod-Posavina County Development Center acts as a public body that plays an active role as professional support and technical assistance to development entities in both development planning and implementation of development programs and projects, with special reference to the possibility of co-financing EU funds through ESI funds.
CTR also acts as one of the links between the public, private and civil sectors in the realization of the vision of the development of Brod-Posavina County:
cultural and natural heritage, social inclusion, and is an example of the synergy of rural and urban development. “
Brod-Posavina County is economically (self) sustainable, is a center of education, protected cultural and natural heritage, social inclusion, and is an example of the synergy of rural and urban development.
Also, the Law on Regional Development defines the mission of regional coordinators as coordination and encouragement of regional development at the level of regional self-government (Article 24), then the purpose, legal form, founders and financing of regional coordinators.
Performing the activity, ie the social role due to which the CTR BPŽ was established, is based on the following principles:

Strategic directions on which CTR BPŽ plans activities:
- Development coordination at local, regional and national levels
- Use of ESI funds and other international and national sources of financing for development projects
- Sustainable development of the region through the development of small and medium enterprises, introduction (adoption) of technological and scientific excellence and encouragement of innovation
- Promotion of development potentials in the international context (attracting domestic / foreign investors)
- Institutional development, good governance and capacity building at all levels.
